Here I am again talking about the SPEED LIMIT and STOP signs.  There was an incident the other day where someone was riding their bike and a car didn’t stop at the stop sign and almost hit the cyclist. Stop signs mean STOP, even golf carts must stop. There are many people walking here in the Village as well as bicycle riders. Take heed of these people and obey the traffic signs.

I understand some people are feeding the animals here in the Village. Do Not put any kind of food out for the animals.

If there is a maintenance problem, please call the office to tell us. Do Not stop Sergio or his workers to tell them. We will make sure they know about the problem.

When parking your bikes at Cantina, make sure they are away from the doors. Bikes had to be moved so the auto doors could be used. Try to park bikes in the grass.
